Volunteer Call: Swim Team Banquet Coordinator & Helpers Needed!

We’re looking for a Banquet Coordinator and a team of volunteer helpers to help organize our End-of-Year Banquet, typically held during the 3rd of 4th weekend of June.
The coordinator will lead the planning efforts — including venue details, food, decorations, and program flow — with the full support of the board. Volunteer helpers will assist with planning, setup, coordination during the event, and cleanup.
If you’re organized, creative, or just want to help make this special night great for our swimmers, we’d love to have you involved!
