🏊♂️ SWIMATHON 2025 – LET’S DIVE IN! 🏊♀️
It's that time of year again—Swimathon is here! This is a fun and exciting event that helps raise funds to support our club and swimmers.
📅 Donation Window: March 1st – May 31st
💰 Where Your Donations Go:
- 90% of funds raised go directly to our club!
- This year, we aim to purchase backstroke ledges for use in time trials.
- A portion of the 90% will go towards your MFC.
💻 How to Collect Donations
- Do NOT reuse last year’s donation page.
- If you participated last year, use the same account, but unpublish the previous year’s page and create a new one.
- Set up your fundraising page on Swimming Canada’s platform here
- Share your page link on social media or via email to collect donations.
- You can also collect donations offline and then use a personal credit card to process them on your swimmer’s page. (Enter the donor's name for recognition, but use your credit card to complete the transaction.)
- Each swimmer must have their own individual fundraising page if you have multiple swimmers in the club.
- No tax receipts will be issued for this fundraiser.
🏊♂️ Swim-A-Thon Event: May 2nd & 3rd
- This exciting event allows swimmers to challenge themselves to complete a set distance within a given time!
- Fundamentals have 1 hour to try and complete 100 laps, Blue & Gold squads have 2 hours to complete 200 laps.
- Parents are given sheets to mark the time to assist in counting the laps.
📅 Swim Times by Squad:

🏆 Prizes & Rewards
🎁 National Swimathon Prizes:
- For every $25 raised, swimmers earn entries to win one of five Speedo Grand Prizes!
- Grand prize winners will be announced on the link above
- If a swimmer registers for the Swimathon fundraiser but does not participate, it can significantly impact our club’s chances of winning in the ‘funds raised per swimmer’ category. As a small club, we have excelled in this category in previous years, but our success depends on every registered swimmer taking part.
🎁 Club-Level Prizes & Awards:
- We’ll be giving out exciting prizes and recognition for both fundraising efforts and swim achievements!
Let’s make this Swimathon our best yet—start fundraising today! 🚀💙
