Swim NS - Officiating Clinics in Nov.
Swim Nova Scotia will be hosting a series of officiating clinics in November, virtually, over zoom.
Please see the schedule below for details of the clinics offered, dates and times. If interested in signing up for any course, please send your name, and which club you are from, to Kelley Polley at kelley@polycorp.co at least 24 hours before the scheduled clinic (where possible).
Materials and zoom links will be emailed to the participants after registration. There are no costs associated with any of the clinics.
Please note that all officials must be fully registered this swim season. All scheduled clinics require officials to have already taken the Level 1 Introduction to Swimming and Safety Marshal clinics as a pre-requisite. The pre-requisite clinics are available at any time to Officials through Swimming Canada’s Learning Management System (LMS). To access the LMS, you must be fully registered in Swimming Canada’s Registration, Events, Management System (REMS) and you can login through your REMS account.
If you have questions with registration or accessing the LMS, please reach out to the Director of Competitions at competitions@dartmouthcrusaders.ca.
It is also recommended to have the Turns Clinic before the Starter’s clinic.
