Payment Policies
A reminder that once the declaration window for a swim meet has closed, payment will be automatically charged to the primary payment method on your Crusaders profile.
Please note that refunds cannot be issued after the declaration window has closed.
Finals Attendance Reminder
Swimmers who qualify for finals are expected to attend unless they have notified their coach in advance that they will be unable to participate.
Failure to attend a final without prior notification may result in a scratch fee being charged to the swimmer’s Crusaders account.
Please communicate any anticipated absences to your coach as early as possible to avoid unnecessary charges.
