Spotlight of the Week - Week of November 2nd
Mini Meet 1 and NovaTech 1 Recap 
Our Participation swimmers were in the water early on Saturday morning for the first Mini Meet of the season! We were so happy to see every swimmer step up and get off the blocks, showing confidence and positive attitudes. Coaches Jenna, Jane, and Fedhra all commented on the strong performance of our athletes and how much they have been learning in practice! It was amazing ot see everyone show up and support their athletes. We're excited to see them continue to develop this season!
Later on, there was an incredible day at Dalplex for our Level 1 and 2 swimmers. From amazing starts off the blocks and remembering their underwaters off of every wall, our athletes showed off strong fundamental skills they've been working so hard to develop. We have even had officials take notice of our swimmers' performances and solid technique! Coach Jenna commented on how our athletes demonstrated true sportsmanship through their positive attitudes and willingness to help each other. We loved seeing everyone cheer each other on and celebrate their teammates' successes. Jane had the best job of handing out stickers to swimmers who showed effective starts and strong underwaters. With so many best times and an overall great performance, there was lots to be proud of! A special shoutout to our 8x25 FR relay champions, Mayay, Lucy, Simon, Léa, Miles, Pasiley, Sabrina, and Minh! We couldn't be happier with the effort, confidence, and team spirit our swimmers brought to the pool this weekend. What a great way to kick off the season!
