Lump Sum Payments
For families that have opted to pay their swimmers' fee by lump sum you can login to your Crusaders account go to 'Billing' select the 'Invoices' tab then click the icon to the left of the invoice number. This will download a copy of the invoice as well as any associated payments made to date.
Account Statement
There is a new feature in your Pool Queue account where you can access a PDF for your account statement for a specific year. You can find this by navigating to the Billing section of your account and you will see a button labelled 'Account Statement' from there a drop down will open can you can download a PDF of your account for the selected year.
