How to Use Your Crusaders Pool Queue Account - Quick Tips for Parents

Managing your swim club account is easy once you know where to look! Below, we’ve broken down the key sections of the website to help you RSVP for meets, track volunteer points, update your information, and more.

How to RSVP to a Swim Meet

1. Navigate to the Events section of the website.

2. Locate the meet you want to respond to.

3. Choose Accept or Decline to RSVP for the event.

4. If there are multiple sessions, you can select which sessions you’ll attend and add any notes as needed.

5. If you are unsure whether a meet applies to your swimmer, please check with your respective group coach.

Check Your Volunteer Points

1. Go to My Account.

2. Click on the Job Credits section.

3. Here, you’ll find your recorded volunteer points and Total Point Commitment details. Volunteer commitment details can be found here

Update Your Payment Information

1. Under My Account, select Payment Methods.

2. Update your banking information or preferred payment details for billing.

Viewing and Understanding Your Invoices

In this section, this is how to access and review your billing information.

1. Navigate to the Billing Section
   Head over to the Billing tab in your account dashboard. Here, you’ll find a complete overview of your payment history.

2. View Paid and Upcoming Invoices
   Within the Billing page, you can see all of your paid invoices as well as any upcoming scheduled invoices. 

3. Expand an Invoice for Details
   Click on any invoice to expand it. You’ll see a detailed breakdown showing exactly what charges or services make up that specific invoice.

View Your Swimmer’s Information and Results

1. Go to My Account → Members.

2. Select your swimmer’s name 

3. In the Results section, you can track your swimmer’s times and progress across different swim events.

Checking Swimmer Results

1. Go to the Swimmers Section
   Start by navigating to the Swimmers section of the website.

2. Once you’re in the Swimmers section, click on Results. This is where you’ll find all the information related to the Crusaders swim meet performances.

3. View Meet and Event Results: From here, you’ll be able to see a full list of meets and the results for each event. Browse through the data to track performances, compare times, and note any improvements. Please note that all meet results are posted once they are made official by Swim Nova Scotia.

Regularly checking results helps you monitor progress and stay updated on swimmer achievements.

Coaching Staff and Club Contacts

1. Navigate to the About section of the website.

2. Here, you’ll find information about the coaching staff, their contact details, and the club directory, which includes contact information for board members and other club volunteers.

Updating Your Registration Profile

1. Under My Account, open the Registration Profile section.

2. Update your personal details, including:

   • Email addresses

   • Phone numbers

   • Emergency contacts
