Cookie Dough Fundraiser
Hello parents and families,
We’re excited to kick off our cookie dough fundraiser, and we’re inviting you to help make it a success! Your participation directly supports our group—and you also get to bring home some amazing homemade cookie dough (for every tub of cookie dough sold, $4 goes back to the swimmer.) Deadline is November 26th at 6pm.

Why You’ll Love This Cookie Dough
All dough is homemade from scratch.
Freezer-friendly: You can thaw and re-freeze once. (Avoid multiple thaw/refreeze cycles to prevent freezer burn.)
Allergy-friendly options:
Lite & Nutritious products are school-friendly.
No peanut products are used, though some ingredients may contain trace amounts.
Dairy-free option: #5 Sugar Cookies
Egg-free option: #16 Shortbread Cookies
Darn Near Gluten Free cookies use gluten-free flour, but may contain traces of wheat due to facility use.
Each tub contains 2.2 lbs of dough and makes about 40 fresh cookies!
How the Fundraiser Works
All orders will be placed through an online Google Form. The form will include product details, pricing, and payment instructions. We encourage individual or group submitted orders to send their e-transfer immediately after submitting the form—this helps reduce follow-up and keeps everything organized.
For those placing individual orders, pickup information will also be included directly on the form (likely my address and phone number so we can arrange a convenient pickup time).
You’ll receive a shareable link to the Order Form that you can easily copy and paste into text messages, emails, or social media posts to reach friends and family. Please include your swimmers name on your posts, so they know when filling out the order form :)
From past fundraisers (such as Noggins), I found great success by collecting orders and payments from my own family and friends, then submitting one combined order and e-transfer on their behalf and offering to deliver their items myself. The form will support this option by allowing you to select:
Pickup directly from me, or
Which parent/contact will be picking up on the buyer’s behalf.
This makes the online form flexible—perfect for both group submissions and individual orders.
