Swimmers have now had their second cap distributed to them by their group coach. Should swimmers need another cap later in the season, you can order them for $12.50, following the steps below:
Step 1: send an e-transfer to dcsctreasurer2022@gmail.com and in the notes include, "swimmer's name - squad - caps"
Step 2: forward proof of transfer via email to your coach (either a screenshot with your account details and balance hidden or the email you receive from your bank.
Step 3: your coach will receive the proof of payment that you have emailed them and issue the swimmer their new cap at practice.
WEATHER
With winter approaching, we want to remind families that in the event of inclement weather, practices will run as scheduled, provided the pool is open. If pools are closed due to the weather/lack of power, we will communicate this via email and our social media as soon as possible. We understand that families will also be making their own risk assessment in poor weather conditions, and will support whatever decisions are made. Additionally, we ask that swimmers take off their winter boots before entering a pool deck, to minimize the amount of salt and dirt tracked on deck.
