Call for Swim Officials & Parent Volunteers – AAA/AA #5 LCM Invitational Swim Meet
Our club will be hosting the AAA/AA #5 LCM Invitational Swim Meet over two days, April 25-26, 2026, and we need strong support from all families to make this event successful. We ask everyone to please volunteer where possible across all sessions.
This is our final hosted meet of the season—a great opportunity to earn volunteer points. We’d really appreciate your support!

Runners (all sessions)
Hospitality and canteen support, including managing and staffing the canteen, coordinating food for runners, as well as setup and cleanup.

Timers and Senior Officials can send availability and preferred positions to Maureen.
The club is required to provide a Chief Recorder/Recorder and as many Officials as possible for all sessions. If you are qualified, in training, or willing to assist, your help is essential—please contact Maureen to let her know how you can assist.
