Call for Swim Officials & Parent Volunteers – AA Age Group Development Meet & Nova Tech #3 Central
Our club will be hosting the NT/AA Meet over two days, January 24-25, 2026, and we need strong support from all families to make this event successful. We ask everyone to please volunteer where possible across all sessions.
OFFICIALS

Timers and Senior Officials can send availability and preferred positions to Maureen.
The club is required to provide a Chief Recorder/Recorder and as many Officials as possible for all sessions. If you are qualified, in training, or willing to assist, your help is essential—please contact Maureen to let her know how you can assist.

Runners (all sessions)
Marshalls at both ends of the pool (parents or older swimmers)
Hospitality and canteen support, including managing and staffing the canteen, coordinating food for runners, as well as setup and cleanup.
Donations - We have decided to request monetary donations instead of food. Please expect a signup sheet in the next few days. The donation deadline will be Wednesday, January 21, prior to the meet.
