Call for Officials Spring LCM Champs
Message From Swim Nova Scotia:
Just a reminder for the upcoming AA/AAA Spring LCM Championships, taking place June 11-14th at Dalplex Pool - we are still looking for timers and officials to fill all positions.
As our final sanctioned year-round competition of the season, we are once again looking for support from all participating clubs. We have greatly appreciated the commitment and dedication of our officials throughout the season in helping us deliver high-quality competition opportunities for our swimmers!
Quite simply, we could not do it without you!!!
As some clubs will not be attending every session, we have not established minimum officiating requirements by club for this meet. However, we do expect all attending clubs to provide an appropriate number of officials for the sessions they are attending.
We are looking for:
16 timers for each of the 7 sessions
Senior officials to fill key deck positions
The success of the meet depends on having sufficient officiating coverage, and we cannot run the competition without the required number of officials. The earlier we receive names and availability, the easier it will be for the officials' team to prepare assignments and ensure all positions are filled.
Officials/timers are asked to reach out with preferred positions and availability to Maureen Nolan: memejejedede@gmail.com. Please also indicate which club and ensure they are fully registered for the season.
Timed Finals Thursday:
Warm-up – 3:00-4:00pm
~Finish – 7:30pm
Prelims Friday, Saturday & Sunday:
Warm-up - 7:30-8:30am
~Finish – 1:00pm
Finals Friday & Saturday:
Warm-up - 4:00-5:00pm
~Finish – 8:30pm
Finals Sunday:
Warm-up - 3:00-4:00pm
~Finish – 7:00pm
