Away meets: Hotel block info

For the upcoming meets that have an out of town component we have booked a block of hotel rooms. If you are interested in booking a room please call the hotel directly and mention that your are booking with the Crusaders. As other meets requiring travel get closer we will post booking information.

December 13-15th (Candy Cane) - Super 8 by Wyndham Truro, booked 30 rooms at $169.  Breakfast is included in rate.  Group cut off date is November 12th. Room cancellation or changes must be done by guests one week prior to check in which is a little different than most hotel policies of 24 hours notice so it’s something to note.

February 28-March 2nd (AA Winter Champs) - rooms held at a rate of $209 at the Old Orchard Inn for queen bed or two doubles.  Breakfast included in the rate.  Rooms held until December 1st for booking.

May 10-11th (AA Meet #3) - 15 rooms held at a rate of $229 at the Hampton Inn Sydney.  Breakfast included in the rate.  Rooms held until April 10th for booking.

May 24-25th - 30 (NT Explosion) - rooms held at a rate of $169 at the Best Western Truro Glengarry.  Breakfast included in the rate.  Rooms held until April 25th for booking.
