AA Winter Champs – Assignment of Officials & Session Reports:

Please find attached the first version of the Assignment of Officials for the 2024 AA Winter Champs co-hosted by WTSC & Swim NS taking place in Wolfville this weekend. Also included are the Session Reports.

Thanks in advance to everyone who has signed up to help run a terrific meet! We are still in need of timers and senior officials throughout the weekend (in particular on Sunday) – if anyone is interested/available out on deck, please email Maureen: memejejedede@gmail.com

Officials briefing times are outlined in the Assignment of Officials.

Just a reminder that timers should wear white tops for all sessions, black bottoms, and comfortable footwear for all sessions. Senior Officials should wear white tops during prelims and royal blue golf shirts for finals, along with black bottoms and comfortable footwear.

Hospitality will be provided by WTSC to all timers and officials helping out.
