A NOTE ABOUT SWIM MEET FEES:

Once the DECLARATION DEADLINE has passed for a swim meet the coaches will submit the event entries for a meet. The host club will then send us an invoice for the meet based on the number of swimmers entered. Once the SCRATCH DEADLINE for the swim meet has passed, if your swimmer is not able to attend the meet (for any reason) you must still pay the meet fee. Unfortunately, DCSC is still responsible as are all entered swimmers.
